What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
1. Flash sale, Babydolls&Chemises, Bustiers&Corsets, Teddies, Bras&Bra Sets, Panties, Shapewear, Stockings, Nude Bra, Special offer, Jewelry are not covered by warranty and non-returnable.
2.All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
3. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.
4. For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
5. Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry. We will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve problems is to contact us by email. Our contact method is: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to cancel the order, please contact us (email@example.com) and provide your order number and state the reason.
- For orders that need to be canceled but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
